A ₦3 Million Win Yahaya Almost Missed

The BBNaija Fan Weekly Jackpot delivers 5 new ₦3 million winners every Sunday of the BBNaija season. Yahaya from Bida, Niger State, was one of them. This final week, 10 new fans will get ₦3 million each.

On September 27th, he won ₦3 million on betPawa. We met up with him to hear how it happened.

He'd seen the Jackpot banner on the app plenty of times without paying it much attention.

"I always see the banner on the app. But I honestly didn't know anything about it or even expect I'd win from it."

Then he lost a virtual game and switched his phone off. As far as he was concerned, that was that.

"I was just playing my virtual games and staked 50 naira. I then turned off my phone. It was when I turned on my phone that I saw my BBnaija Jackpot win."

He was on his way back from picking up a laundry job when he saw it.

"I couldn’t believe it. I was over the moon."

What Yahaya Is Doing With the ₦3 Million?

Yahaya already knows where the money is going: a house he is building with his parents, and his business.

"It'll help out with completing the house I'm building with my parents. I'll also use what's left for my business."
