Cashout lets you take a payout on your bet before it settles, so you decide when the bet ends. It is available on all leagues and most markets.
After placing your bet, go to My Bets and open the bet you want to cash out.
Tap REQUEST to see your offer.
Tap ACCEPT, and the amount goes straight to your balance.

Once you accept, the bet is settled and closed. If no Cashout offer appears, go to Why Can't I Cash Out below.
Cashout may be available from the moment you place your bet until it settles. Your offer can go up or down as the odds change. The closer your bet is to winning, the higher the offer tends to be.
You can also cash out before the first match on your betslip has started. This is Early Cashout, and in some conditions you can get up to 100% of your stake back. It works the same way as any other Cashout.
Cashout is unavailable or locked when we cannot calculate an offer for your bet at that moment. The usual reasons:
Something is happening in a live match.
A goal, card, or VAR review pauses the odds on that market. This is usually brief, so try again in a moment.
A match on your betslip has no live odds.
Not every match is offered with live markets. Cashout stays locked while that match is being played.
The market does not offer Cashout.
A small number of markets do not have it, so the option will not show on those betslips.
Your betslip is already settled.
Once a betslip is settled the bet is closed, including a multibet where one leg has been settled as lost.
A pre-match market is temporarily closed.
This can happen because of unusual market movements, updated team news, or other information that could affect the odds. Cashout will be available again once the market reopens.
The more legs on your betslip, the more often you may see this, as one incident passes and another begins. When the odds return, your offer may be higher or lower than before. If none of these apply, contact Customer Support and we will check the bet for you.

No. If a bet has the Cashout option, you can request an offer no matter how much you staked. The size of your offer depends on your stake, your odds and the state of the match.
Your offer is lower when your bet currently has a smaller chance of winning. Cashout lets you take back part of your stake rather than risk it all. The offer is calculated for your betslip, so it can differ from another customer's offer on a similar bet.
Yes. Cashout applies to the whole betslip, so a multibet is cashed out in one go. You cannot cash out a single leg and leave the rest running.
Yes. If you cash out before 1X2 1UP or 2UP takes effect, the bet is no longer eligible for the early payout. If the early payout has already triggered, the bet is settled as a winner and there is nothing left to cash out.
Cashout gives you control over when a bet ends. It does not change the chance of a bet winning, and it is not a way to make income. Set your limits, stick to your budget, and take breaks. For support, visit our Responsible Gambling page or contact us.
