1.1. pawa90 is a lottery draw game in which 4 numbers out of 90 are selected. Draws take place approximately 6 times per day, subject to change.
1.2. We stop accepting new entries into the next draw approximately 30 seconds before the time of that draw. Any entries purchased after this point will automatically be entered into the subsequent draw. We reserve the right to cancel any transactions that have not been completed by the stated time of the draw. Only entries that have been confirmed are valid. All confirmed entries are available to be viewed within the application.
1.3. Client may participate in one of the following draw formats:
1.3.1. Main Draw: Choose 4 numbers from 90. Match all 4 to win 250,000x your stake. Smaller rewards apply for 1, 2 and 3 matched numbers.
1.3.2. Pick1: Choose 1 number from 90. Win 10x your stake if your selected number appears in the draw.
1.3.3. Pick2: Choose 2 numbers from 90. Win 250x your stake for matching both numbers, with smaller wins for 1 match.
1.4. Client can purchase multiple entries by selecting more than the required numbers when making their entry. The game interface will show how many different combinations of numbers are being purchased with the Client's selected numbers. The stake times the number of entries will equal the total purchase value to be paid.
1.5. The maximum one person can win is ₦1,000,000,000 (one billion Naira) per draw. Any Client trying to exceed the maximum win or maximum entry fees by purchasing multiple tickets with identical number combinations will have their winnings limited to the value they would have won if they stayed within the stated limits.
2.1. The following limits apply to stakes, purchases, and potential winnings for participation in pawa90. All entries must comply with these conditions to be eligible for payouts:
The minimum stake (bet amount) is ₦1 (one Naira).
The maximum stake for the Main Draw is ₦4,000 (four thousand Naira).
The maximum stake for the Pick1 and Pick2 games is ₦50,000 (fifty thousand Naira).
The maximum total purchase value per transaction is ₦1,000,000 (one million Naira).
The maximum amount a Client can win in a single draw is ₦1,000,000,000 (one billion Naira).
2.2. Where more than 5 entries match all 4 Main Draw numbers, prize values may be reduced proportionally.
3.1. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the numbers selected, the number of entries, and the stake value entered are accurate before confirming a purchase. Once confirmed, entries cannot be amended or cancelled. The value of the purchase will be deducted from the Client’s account prior to confirmation.
3.2. An entry is only valid once it has been confirmed and a unique confirmation number has been issued. Betting on credit is not permitted, and any attempt to place an entry without sufficient funds will be rejected. The Company reserves the right to refuse or partially accept any entry. In the event of refusal, any deducted funds will be promptly refunded.
3.3. Any attempt to delay payment for your purchase until after the draw will result in your bet being rejected.
